  • One on One

    Need motivating, prefer to train alone, if this sounds familiar than one on one training might be for you. This style of training provides an individually tailored program to suit your direct needs, often resulting in faster outcomes. Also a great substitution for less vigorous down time while also providing a holistic approach to general wellness.

    Something to consider is the expense of this style of program, if this is a concern small group training is another option.

    Group Training

     

    A “small group” can consist of three to six people. This is a great option for getting out of the house and catching up with friends. The more we move and nourish our bodies the better we feel.

    This is a particularly effective group size as it still allows for personal touches to be made when training.

    For most of us we like to put a toe in the water before jumping in. It is with this in mind that we offer you the first session complimentary. You can find out what types of training style you like and what location and time is most convenient for you.
